I did feel like all I was doing was feeding my face.
Breakfast: peppermint protein bar
Snack: pretzel protein twists
Lunch: peanut butter protein drink
Snack: pizza protein chips
Dinner: cheesesteak noodles
Snack: espresso protein cookie bits
Yep, lots of protein.
Plus 8 8oz liquids. I cannot drink within 30 minutes either way of eating.
I ended up with 795 calories and 85 grams of protein.
My body thinks I'm crazy and my blood sugars are all over the place. They have me testing 4x a day instead of just once. I do have a detox headache from caffeine and probably a few other things. I'm told this will last about 3 days.
