We do not have huge plans for today.
We are not going to a parade or a BBQ.
However, this day means a lot to our family.
We have had members in all the branches of the uniformed services and I thank them everyday for the freedoms that we still enjoy.
We are keeping it low key this year in hopes that this day of remembrance does not take on a different meaning to us in the coming year.
