I am going to try out a new post weekly about my fiber activities. Yes, I spin, but today is not about my spinning, but about what I bought this week to aid me in projects in the future.
From KnitPicks: 2 skeins of Chroma fingering in Mesa, A chart Keeper, An interchangable set of zepher needles, a Turkish drop spindle
From The Woolery: Two DVDs to learn from. Ordered when I got Sarge's Wheel
From The NeedleSmith: Piecework and a cute sheep bag in grey. Still looking for the pink bag!
From Ravelry: The pattern Shades of Gingham- an Entralac baby blanket
From JoAnn's: Yarn to make the blanket
I started the Cassis Sweater. Pattern purchased from Ravelry by Sarge. Yarn from Berroco- Comfort, that I won at the Ravelry party at Rhinebeck. Color is Denim. I am naming this my Forever in Blue Jeans sweater after the song that I love by that title.

It is my ambition to own a set of those interchangeable needles.
I can't wait to hear what you think of the Chroma yarn I have yet to try it.
I do have the Respect the Spindle DVD in my Knit Picks cart I want to learn to spin badly.
